Nice place

The prices are quite steep. For 1 plate of spaetzle with sauce 4.50 .. as well as a small terrine lentil soup. Although the lentil soup was really top notch. Seldom eaten such a delicious soup. Friendliness was unfortunately not included in the price .. besides self-service .. But a friendly smile would have been nice.

Owner very unfriendly, service very unfriendly. At 5 p.m. restaurant closed! Not recommended

Cake ok, nice surroundings. 2x cake with cream + 2x coffee = 14 Eur.

Nice Bergasthof, unfortunately the unfriendliness of the operators makes a reunion very difficult ...

The location of the Berggasthof Gisiboden Alm is beautiful and the tranquility and view make up for it a lot. Nevertheless, we can only rate our three-day stay for a family reunion there with 2 stars. Unfortunately, the hosts lacked hospitality. And whoever enters the dining room barefoot will be harshly reprimanded. Unfortunately, the food is also not particularly tasty (cake and butter: fridge taste) and the choice of dishes is limited. The uncomplicated, possible self-catering of the guests is positive, even after the official closure of the inn. We would also like to mention that the house and the rooms are clean and tidy. Conclusion: beautiful place, guest house with great potential, the big BUT: the guests don't seem to be welcome :-(.

Yummy cake; Self-service ... was not a problem for us. Unfortunately, the employees or operators lack the hospitality .. wordless delivery of drinks etc. and wordless acceptance of the dishes again. A "thank you" would have been enough. Otherwise .. super nice area there.

A really nice place with a great view. However, the friendliness in service is not what you can expect as a guest. The selection of hot dishes is minimal and average, the cakes are delicious. A real shame!

Eating okay ...... the joy of doing it was missing .... no smile ... a shame after such a time ...

Beautiful mountain inn on the Gisiboden, Todtnau. Can you connect with a nice circular walk. Driveway with the chairlift.

Friendly staff ... Food tastes good and the price is okay Magnificent views far into the valley and mountains. Just beautiful . 👍

Quality at high level, unexpected in that location

Nice view - if you sit outside you have to eat and drink yourself - good selection of food.

3.5 stars rounded up for the friendly service and reasonably priced dishes. Menu is minimal, portions are plentiful, food is bourgeois but simple, service is friendly, but the restaurant area has seen better times.

Lovely place. Tranquil. Lots to see and do.

A visit to this mountain inn can be combined with a walk from the Hasenhorn. The food is really delicious and the view from the terrace is fantastic. On the way back, you can climb the observation tower and take the summer toboggan run back down to the valley.
